New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1924. Seventh Edition . Black Cloth. Near Fine/No Dust Jacket. Plates and Drawings Throughout, About 3500 Illustrations. 933 pp + ads at rear. Lightly used, gilt brilliant, slight wear right at corners, no fraying, foredge wrinkling of first few pages with a very short closed tear on each. Ownership signature of California muralist and all-around artist Pasquale G Napolitano, together with his note at top of the title page "This book is a great document of architectural data. As to text, it is aa monument of the most morbid biggotry [sic], the Oxfordizd [sic] mind mostly glories in ..." the next few lines coverd in white out and initialed PGN, but the comments visible through the back of the page.
