A few pages have tears (mostly short edge tears). 28 illustrations and 135 portraits. Index. Errata. xi, 618 pages. A scarce copy of this history of Springfield, Vermont, covering the years 1752-1895 with a 300+ page genealogy record that is both prolific and extensively detailed. Also includes a chronological list of early marriages up through 1843, details on schools, churches, merchants, physicians, hotels, societies, a list of Civil War veterans, and much more.
