The contents are as follows: Fundamental Facts You Should Know About Worry; Basic Techniques in Analyzing Worry; How to Break the Worry Habit Before it Breaks You; Seven Ways to Cultivate a Mental Attitude that Will Bring You Peace and Happiness; The Perfect Way to Conquer Worry; How to Keep from Worrying about Criticism; Six Ways to Prevent Fatigue and Worry and Keep Your Energy and Spirits High; How to Find the Kind of Work in Which You May be Happy and Successful; How to Lessen Your Financial Worries; How I Conquered Worry.

Condition:
Some light soiling to the covers and spine. Light wear at the cover corners, and along the edges of the spine. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Pages 68-71 have a triangular tear with pieces missing at the bottom edge (the text is unaffected)...the pages are otherwise clean with no writing, stains or foxing. Overall the book is in Very Good- condition.

Synopsis

First published in 1953, the advice that Dale Carnegie gives in this book is basic common sense, but it is combined with case studies, historical examples, and interview with business executives.
