[ct in 2 vols]. Original dark brown cloth, gilt spine stamping, steel-engraved frontis portrait of Red Jacket [Red Jacket is a warrior's name, not a red picture], in Volume I. Spine ends chipped, spine gilt still quite strong, brief wear to covers, texts firm, light foxing including bulked edges. Sabin 95216. Initially published in 1832, and several additional times in the 1830s-1840 as Nos. 45-46 in the publisher's "The Family Library" series. .
