Yellow boards; somewhat spotted; binding tight. Owner's name on front endpaper. B/w illustrations and maps. Interesting contemporary account of Japan's pre-War expansion in Manchuria and the Far East. The book is dated 1938, but refs to the War on the d/jkt front flap show this edition must have been a later publication, 1942 at least. ; 8vo (6" x 9"); 328 pages .
