Garden City, New York: John Martin's House. Good. 1917. Hardcover. Good hardcover, has prior owner's name on the front pastedown. Front board has two Christmas stickers attached, cover is very worn and board edges are exposed. The binding is tight, inner hinges are cracked, but tight. There is some pencil doodling on a few pages. ; 10 1/2" x 8" x 1 1/2" .
