Twenty-four chapters cover all aspects of the contemporaneous science, exploration, and theories pertaining to a hollow earth with openings at the poles. Provocative bibliography for further exploration. Marshall Gardner, a hollow-earth proponent, presents his scientific hypothesis to explain the formation of hollow planets. Much on artic explorers' logs and records, scientific and anecdotal evidence. This theory also incorporates the concept of a central heat and light source, i.e. a form of sun, held in a centered space by equally applied force emanating from the midpoint of the earth's spherical crust, e.g. if crust is 800 miles thick then a form of electro-magnetic force emanates from apprx. 400 mile depth for both exterior and interior of planet. Detailed bibliography at back. 456 pages. Insured post.. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
