Flat signed by the author to the front endpaper and presented to a Dennis Hardcastle in Sept'83. Hardcastle's neat printed name and address at the top of the same page. The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions and illustrations. 4 ghost marks - two to the head and tail of each board caused by strips of sellotape that used to hold a jacket protector.
