New York: Harper Voyager, an imprint of Harper Collins Publishers, (2013)., (2013).. Very good. FIRST EDITION SIGNED BY RICHARD KADREY - Octavo, 7-1/2 inches high by 5-1/4 inches wide. Dark green boards backed with a black spine, titled in gilt on the spine, in a pictorial dust wrapper. There is a crease to the top corner of the front board. [xii] & 383 pages. There is a faint indentation from a paper clip to the bottom edge of the title and first few pages. Very good.
First edition, first printing with the full number line. Boldly signed by Richard Kadrey on the title page.
