Fraser-Simson, with melody line, piano score and lyrics.. Milne has written an amusing introduction for this book, with illustrations by Shepard. Illustrated paper over card covers, cloth spine, unpaginated, b/w illustrations throughout. Free endpages partially darkened, bottom of front cover 3/8" faded. DJ has three 3" tears, corners and spine ends chipped, edges slightly soiled (in mylar sleeve).; 7 x 10
