Warsaw: Szetuka Publishing House, 1956 In Polish. A catalogue of this much-honored artist's work - woodcuts, paintings, sketches. From the foreword: Among living Polish artists it would be difficult to find an artist whose work has been described so many times, subjected to such exhaustive analyzes, as thoroughly researched as the work of Tadeusz Kulisiewicz. From the collection of Sanje (Frank) Elliott, Buddhist mentor, artist, and friend to many. Condition notes: unnumbered pp; HB w/ DJ. Pages: clean, bright, tight, portrait frontis, title in indigo; all edges mildly sunned. Cover: tan cloth, gilt titles front/spine; minimal shelfwear, extrems barely worn. DJ: unclipped, b/w, sketch to front, gold titles front/spine; moderate edge/shelfwear, extremes rubbed and worn, medium chip to front near head with loss of a part of the title letter "K," small hole to spine, minor losses head/tail, a bit grubby. Book is quite nice, dust jacket less so.
