Illustrated with a coloured Title Page, 14 vibrant, full page colour chromolithographs, various duotone vignettes, motifs and page decorations throughout. Decorated endsheets. A charming story in verse concerning the Slim family of foxes and their scheme to establish a seaside Lodging House for the purpose of keeping themselves forever well fed. Brilliantly executed and printed chromolithography. Various usual chipping and wear to edge extremities. Cloth a bit faded.Short professional repair to front endsheet at gutter.Occassional mild offset from several Chromolithographs to opposite pages. A tight, bright Very Good copy.
