Washington, D.C.: U.S. Government Printing Office, 1961. Soft cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Tribute to long-time Speaker of the House from Texas, Sam Rayburn. Pale blue of paperback cover is sunned on spine and edges and has slight corner wear. Interior has a stamp on cover verso, "Compliments of Wright Patman, M.C" of Texas. First page has a small tear at worn lower corner. Interior is clean.
