Actual date of publication is unknown. Small pamphlet. Several minor dings and tiny tears to extremities of volume, with light to medium wear in places on exterior - mainly to extremities. Just light soiling to exterior. Overall, still a good, clean, sound and largely attractive copy. VERY SCARCE
