Minneapolis: Augsburg Publishing House, 1916. First Edition (NAP) . Soft cover. Near Fine. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Norwegian language. Small quarto bound in brick-red printed wraps; 20 pages. Volume 8. Corresponding 1916 dates to the title and copyright pages; no additional printings. Bound sheet music. The composer was born in Norway and emigrated to the Unied States in 1888. In 1903 he became head of the Music Department at St. Olaf College, where he continued until his death in 1955. The volume shows just a touch of edgewear. A clean, tight, unmarked copy.
