A Good Only, set is complete but could use a good book binder, full leather binding with gilt ruling along board margins, gilt ornate design on spines, black title label missing on all Volumes except Volume 4, leather is dry and brittle and has heavy scuffing and scratching to boards, hinges are fragile and starting with some being cracked, joints starting to split, front board of Volume 5 detached, age toning to pages, abrasions to board corners, rubbing to board and spine edges, only half of front free endpaper Volume 2 present, scattered foxing and discoloration to front and back matters, marbled text block edges, previous owner handwritten name front free endpaper Volume 1 and 2, small moisture stain top text block edge Volume 4, few dog-eared pages, mild biblichor, couple of Volumes with moisture stains to margins of front and back matters, bit of loss to top and bottom spine edges, few spots with peeling leather to boards. 8vo[octavo or approx. 6 x 9 inches], (Vol.1) 459pp. and 43pp. notes, (Vol.2) 516pp. and 67pp. notes, (Vol.3) 527pp., and 28pp. notes, (Vol.4) 567pp. and 16pp. notes, (Vol.5) 779pp. and 36pp. notes.
