Cincinnati: Robert Clarke and Company, Publisher, 1888. Cloth. Good. Green cloth. 495 pages plus several pages of ads in the rear. Volume 2 only of this biography of politician and clergyman, Manasseh Cutler, with this volume containing mostly correspondence along with brief biographical information when applicable. Cutler was known for his work in establishing the Northwest Territories. GOOD condition. heavy mottling to the cloth along the rear hinge of the spine and foredge of the rear cover. mine are soiling, scuffing, and fading to the covers. Some scuffing, fraying and bumping to the cloth along the extremities. Armorial book plate on the inside front cover. Light toning to the text block.
