Good condition. Tan coated cloth over boards w Black text impressed into cover and spine. Some fading to spine. Some soiling on cover and closed book page edges. Much edge and corner wear - mostly on spine. A few pages may have stains. Black tint on top of pages. Text is clean. Binding is tight. A good reading copy.
