A lovely First Edition (American, so stated, Hanrahan (60)), signed for Parrish Books by Maurice Sendak on the half-title page at his home in Connecticut. This is the complete play text as it was performed in Glyndebourne with the stage and costume designs by Maurice Sendak. In fine unread condition, the book is in beige cloth with red and gold cover design and titles, with "First American Edition , 1984" on the copyright page. With the original clear acetate dustjacket with the label "$30.00 FPT 374-192863 FSG.
