Perfect-bound in printed red wraps, 11 x 8-1/8 in. 45pp. Printed on orange paperstock, with b&w drawings throughout. Former owner's address stamp on front and rear covers and title page. Light fading and a small spot of damage to spine. Very good. Children's story about a girl who finds a magic hat at the dump and erases a fence that prevents girls from playing with boys' toys and vice-versa. Founded as a nonprofit in 1969, Lollipop Power was one of the first feminist presses to produce children's books that cast gender nonconformity in a positive light. These early titles decidedly uncommon in the trade.

All books ship free with tracking to domestic addresses via USPS Media Mail. In most cases, delivery takes place within a three to ten day window, although the vicissitudes of USPS may apply. Unless otherwise requested, expedited domestic purchases ship via USPS Priority Mail; overseas orders via USPS First Class International. Heavy or oversized books may incur additional shipping charges, as may books shipped to overseas destinations. Any additional charges required will be communicated promptly.
We take safe shipping very seriously; all of our books are packaged in new cardboard boxes amply cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts. Pamphlets and other flat materials items are ocassionally shipped in bubble-mailers with internal cardboard supports. All books with dust jackets are fitted with brand new archival protectors prior to shipping.
