New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1987. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Near Fine. 8vo., 129(5)pp. Solid Stated First Edition though lacking a price on the dust-jacket, it may be a BCE. . Bound in quarter cream cloth over paper-covered boards. Titles in gilt on spine and Facsimile signature of Hepburn stamped in gilt on front board. Photographic end-papers and numerous photos throughout. Square, tight and clean throughout with little or no wear. The issue is discoloration of the edged of both boards. Else a fine copy. Very attractive unclipped, though unpriced, dust-jacket, has lightly toned edges and a short closed tear at the heel with a small tape repair Still fresh and bright with no chipping or crease. A presentable collectable copy and priced very well.
