Important gastronomic bibliography with over twelve hundred fifty volumes listed, dating from 15th to 20th centuries, including manuscripts. Like all bibliographies built on a single collection this one is incomplete, but the bibliographical detail is admirable. Blue boards with title gilt stamped to spine and cover with some discoloration. Scarce in the original edition.
