London: Geoffrey Bles, 1936. Cloth. Good/No Jacket. Novel featuring the "Merry Mug" Inn. Red cloth cover with Black |Title and Linear Perimeter to front. Black lettering & Publisher's Motif to spine. 280 Pages, 320g, 7 1/2" Tall. Some fading to cloth, mainly at spine and near fore edge (see photo). Some fraying to cloth at spine ends and a closed tear halfway down left sode of spine. Previous owner's inscription on endpaper dated 1944, no other inscriptions. Front hinge cracked and reinforced with white hinge tape. Some small spots of light foxing throughout. Size: 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" Tall
