In the original Latin.An early Paris edition of Mead's work, which was first published in London in 1751.Mead discussed various fevers and diseases, including epilepsy, angina, diabetes, diseases of the skin, and joint pains.In a glassine wrapper.Mead is perhaps best remembered for his work A Short Discourse Concerning Pestilential Contagion and the Method which holds historical importance in understanding transmissible diseases. In marbled paper wraps, with glassine wrapper. Losses of paper to back strip head and tail, with light rubbing to wrap perimeters. Chipping and losses to glassine back strip head and tail, with closed tear to head of rear wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally clean and bright, with the odd spot. Good
