The story of a passionate love affair, set in Indonesia, This is a Near Fine copy of a Later Printing of the First Edition; Heinemann refers to it as the "Third Edition," but really it is the Third Printing, just one month after the first issue. Dark blue cloth binding with gilt lettering on the front cover and spine. Clean text; 293 pages, very bright and fresh. Just hints of shelfwear at the margins, else a Fine copy, lacking the dustwrapper. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Later Printing.. Hard Cover. Near Fine/No Jacket.
