Thomas Kelly, 1862. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1862. New Edition. 462 pages. Half bound black leather with black cloth covered boards. Volume II. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Water staining to front pastedown and pages throughout. Pages 193 - 196 are detached but still present. Page 197 is loose but just attached. Tearing to pages throughout. Thumb-marking present. Minor dog-eared corners. Pencil inscription to front endpaper. Noticeable creasing to gutter. Cracking to hinges and gutters, leaving netting exposed. Front and rear boards are loose but still attached. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Notable tanning to spine and edges. Large splits to spine. Notable rubbing to boards. Water staining to all. Textblock is shaky.
