About This Item
New York: Ivison, Blakeman, Taylor & Co, 1881. Hardcover. Small 4to. Tan cloth with ornate gilt lettering and elaborate black decorations. 166pp, (2pp ads). Marbled page edges. Very good. Mild binding wear, though gilt gleams; other than small inoffensive stain at lower outer corner of couple of preliminary leaves, text block is "tight 'n' bright," uncannily pristine. Internally, an exceptionally nice and sharp later printing of this standard text.
