Light age toning of the text block edges. Colour photographic dustwrapper, same illustration as the underlying board, with dull red and black titles to the front panel and backstrip. Rubbing and creasing to the dustwrapper edges and the a few scores to the laminate of the dustwrapper. A book on recognising and using various vegetables from around the world and how best to use them in cooking.
