Philadelphia: J B Lippincott & Co, 1878. Book. Good. Hardcover. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. The boards and spine cover are quite worn and have some soiling but are firmly attached to the book. The spine is weak in a few locations but no loose leaves. The leaves are browning in from the edges. There is one worm damage at one corner not affecting the text which is clean. 532pp. "I have borne - as will be seen in what follows - an active part in some of the stormiest scenes of Irish bublic life for at least a quarter of a century."
