Tight red library binding. The shadows on scans are caused by the scanner. The large coloured maps are both there and complete though torn
NOTE: THIS EDITION WAS PUBLISHED WITH TWO LARGE FOLD-OUT MAPS. MY COPY CONTAINS BOTH; BOTH COMPLETE BUT IN UNHAPPY CONDITION WITH CLOSED TEARS.
I usually hand ex-library books back to a library, but this one is so interesting, it is difficult to part with. By listing, I get to re-read it or refer to it until it sells. It has lot oflibrary stamps
