Condition:
Light stains on the covers; some mottling to the cloth on the back cover. Sharp cover corners. Crack at the front hinge resulting in the front cover being shaky; rear hinge starting. The text pages are age-toned, though clean with only an "X" in blue pencil on the "Publisher's Introduction" page. "First Spiritualist Church Highland Avenue Onset, Mass." stamped in ink on the front end paper and pastedown; name and date (1900) written in purple pencil on the front pastedown. Overall the book is in Good- condition.
