The text is complete, toning/ browning to the pages, a few marks to the title, the page edges are uncut. 1820 signature of John Welsh at the top of the title. With an appendix and a publisher list at the rear. Pages; XII, 285, (1), XVIII, (6). Includes; a general definition of a notary, instruments of seisin/possession of land, instruments of seisin in burgage-tenements, instruments of resignation, of possession by tradition, of reversions, of procuratories.
