London: Martin Secker, 1910. Decorative Cloth. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Green cloth with black trim, titling on the front cover and spine. The titling is faded, also faded and a bit worn on the spine, fading to the rear cover. Hinges secure, pulled/loosened internally, light foxing to the title, toning to the pages. Contains 30 sheets of photographic plates including the frontispiece (checked complete), each plate has an average of 2 photographic images each side. Pages; 272, (4). Very interesting journey through the old houses of England, with lots of lovely photographic images.
