Octavo, pp. [i-vi] vii-viii [ix-x] [1] 2-307 [308-310: blank] [note: last leaf is a blank], original blue cloth, front and spine panels stamped in black, top edge stained blue, fore-edge untrimmed, bottom edge rough trimmed, cream endpapers.
