Hardback, year unstated but though to be circa 1910s, with six illustrations, published by Henry Frowde, Hodder and Stoughton, London, 301 pages with 16-page publisher catalogue at rear.
Measures around 7 1/2" by 5 1/4" by 1 3/4". Indigo cloth binding, pictorial front board and spine, gilt detail front board spine. Some discolouration to spine. Scuffing and a little marking, some signs of shelf-wear, slightly bumped and torn corners. Some slackness to binding, a little strain, cracked front inner hinge with mesh exposed but otherwise holding quite well. Page edges browned, foxed, marked and scuffed. Some foxing throughout page surfaces, though more so towards endpapers, but no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
