Good - Hardcover, with Good DJ. The DJ has darkened spine, small chips and wear on edges. Book has top corners mild bumps. Inside is very good. Light foxing inside front and back pages only. Title page has a tear on top about 1/2". Author signed in front. 78 pages, 5-1/2x7-3/4. Owners name written in front.
