Press pack of seven brightly coloured folders and 7 black and white photographs with captions attached, for the 1967 film directed by Peter Brook, written by Peter Weiss, produced by Lord Birkett and released by United Artists, and acted by the original Royal Shakespeare Company cast. Each folder contains a text and a black and white photograph. Includes: Ian Richardson as Jean-Paul Marat, Patrick Magee as the Marquis de Sade, and Glenda Jackson as Charlotte Corday, other folders contain images of the assassination, 'Bathhouse bedlam', Robert Lloyd as Jacques Roux, and Charlotte Corday (Jackson) restrained by two nuns. Each folder 28 x 21.5 cm (photos are ca. 10 x 8 inches). Some foxing and glue staining to the paper, no inscriptions. Photographs available on request. All books dispatched same or next working day in robust packaging.
