Cloth very good (letters faded, tiny break in cloth spine, small spot to lower margin of initial six leaves including title page); dj fair (spine soiled, edges chipped, tears, and split fold). Illustrated "novel" with 72 images and brief text by Lowell Naeve who was imprisoned twice and served a total of over four years in nine prisons, depicting the inner life of a prisoner put in prison for his idealism.
