About This Item

New York: Harper Collins, 1991. First Edition. Fine in a dust jacket with some tiny nicks. Presentation copy; inscribed on the title page by the photographer to a curator at the National Portrait Gallery in London, Robin Gibson, “for robin. thank you robin - for everything. love, Annie. London 1994.” Gibson, who passed away in 2010, was largely responsible for expanding the gallery’s holdings into photography. Among the important and successful exhibitions he mounted was one devoted to Leibovitz’s work.
