New York: Provincetown Theatre, [1923]. First Edition. Octavo bifolium (21.25cm.); printed on tan stock. A bit worn from handling, horizontal fold-line, a few chips and faint creases to extremities, else Very Good. Playbill for Lula Vollmer's 3-act folk drama Sun Up, set during the Great War in the mountains of North Carolina. This production staged by Henry Stillman and Benjamin Kauser with Lucille La Verne starring as the widow Cagle, a role she would retain in the 1925 film of the same title, directed by Edmund Goulding. Not in OCLC as of August, 2015.
