Faber & Faber Limited, 1929. Good. Criterion Miscellany - No. 5. 8vo, pp. 32. Orange cloth with gilt stamped lettering to upper board. Fore and bottom edges untrimmed. Boards well-used - grubby and rubbed. Edges spotted, occasionally into top and bottom margins. Endpapers tanned, discrete POI to ffep. Blotching to bottom margin of pp. 9-15. Else, clean. A good reading copy of the rarer cloth first edition of Lawrence's riposte to censors and those who took offense at his fiction.
