Salt Lake City: Deseret Book Co., 1938. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 304 p. 20 cm. First edition with 1938 on title page. Prepared under the direction of the Council of the Twelve for use as a Melchizedek Priesthood Quorum study guide for 1939. Gilt-stamped blue cloth binding in fine, bright condition. Some marking of contents (mostly in pencil but some pen) and several dog eared pages. Dust jacket in very good condition, not price clipped ($1.25 on front flap), with 1/4 inch loss at head of spine and less at foot, not affecting any printed material. Other small losses, scuffs, and soiling, with some creasing on front flap, but presents very well in archival Brodart protector.
