This is an exceptionally attractive edition, printed on heavy paper with twelve illustrations based on original drawings by the author. Black cloth boards with white quarter-binding, gold lettering on spine, gold symbol printed on front cover. Slipcase is in decent condition, some damage to title strip glued to back, some staining on front lower corner slightly torn. Dark brown with gold and red front panel with title and author's name. Book condition is Near Fine, slipcase VG-.
