Punch Offices, 1900. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. Good ; No jacket. 1900 Punch Offices. Volumes 118 and 119 (full year 1900) and the Punch Almanack for 1900, bound together. Hardcover has red cloth-covered boards with red simulated leather-covered spine. Spine has five panels with gold stamped border decorations, and gold spine lettering: Punch and 1900 in separate panels. Other panels have blind-stamped shell decoration; covers have blind-stamped ruled borders. All page edged are marbled. Small blue binder's label on front endpaper: Bound by Birdsall and Son, Northampton. Many black and white illustrations, including several fold-out illustrations. NOT ex-library. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Exterior joints are cracked and worn, but still strong. Corners and spine ends bumped and rubbed, with some fraying at tips. Pages lightly and uniformly tanned but still supple. Pages clean and unmarked. Almanack, which is bound first in this volume, is unpaginated and includes full-color front cover. Vols. 118 and 119 are 464 pages each. Each volume has added illustrated title page. Preface for vol. 118, from June issue, precedes Almanack. Includes large fold-out "Roll of Fame 1800-1900" in Almanack. Both volumes have index at end.
