In a near-fine dust jacket ($3.95 price intact) with slight wear at the spine ends. An excellent copy of this very scarce title, basis for the well-received 1981 film "Quest for Fire.
Synopsis
Quest for Fire is a 1911 French novel by "J. -H. Rosny", the pseudonym of two brothers; the author was likely the elder of the two, Joseph Henri Honoré Boex (1856 - 1940). It was first published in English in 1967. It was made into a feature film of the same name in 1981. The film stars Ron Perlman, Rae Dawn Chong and Everett McGill.
