Frontdekcel sonst tadell Die Audi AG mit Sitz in Ingolstadt in Bayern ist ein deutscher Automobilhersteller, der seit den 1960er Jahren dem Volkswagen-Konzern angehört und seit den 2000ern zu den Premiumherstellern gezählt wird. Die Firma entstand, als August Horch nach Zerwürfnissen mit dem Finanzvorstand die A. Horch & Cie. Motorwagenwerke Zwickau, im damaligen Königreich Sachsen gelegen, verlassen hatte und seine neue August Horch Automobilwerke GmbH umbenennen musste, denn die Rechte an der Marke „Horch“ gehörten ihm nach dem Ausscheiden nicht mehr. Die Lösung fand er im Vorschlag des Zwickauer Gymnasiasten Heinrich Fikentscher (Sohn des mit August Horch befreundeten Franz Fikentscher), der Horch ins Latein übersetzte.[4] Audi ist der Imperativ Singular von audire (zu Deutsch hören, zuhören) und bedeutet „Höre!“ oder eben „Horch!“. Am 25. April 1910 wurde die Audi Automobilwerke GmbH Zwickau in das Handelsregister der Stadt Zwickau eingetragen. 010

Terms of payment
Invoices are to be paid within 15 days. For first orders we reserve delivery after payment in advance. In case of delay of payment, the second reminder is charged at an extra cost of CHF 10.00. Also, other additional costs are charged to the customer.
Sales return
In the event of a well-founded claim, the merchandise can be returned upon consultation within 14 days. If the claim turns out to be unsubstantiated, or the damage is the result from improper handling by the customer etc., all the costs are charged to the customer. Returns are only accepted with the invoice enclosed. Damages during shipment have to be notified within 48 hours. Otherwise the refund expires. Return upon dissatisfaction is excluded.
Place of venue
We are subject only to Swiss law. Place of venue is Zurich.
