About This Item
From the Dust Jacket Flaps: This is the last of three volumes. The first two were: "This Was Railroading" and "Pacific Slope Railroads".
"Now author Abdill climaxes his work with "Rails West" which follows the same pattern of quaint and wondrous photographs with revealing incidents and biographies, many in light of the Civil War and other historical guide posts."
Book - Good condition. It would have gotten a "Very Good" except for tanning, tape stains and residue, plus pencil inscription and writing and ink stamps on the end papers. Very minimal edge wear, some corner and spine wear. Pages are clean and binding is tight.
Dust Jacket - Poor condition. Some rubbing/bumping, chips and tears, large tape residue on front and tape and stains on flaps.
