No markings, pages clean, soft creases to cover corners, darkening of covers near spine, Good+ copy. 22.5 x 15 cm, white card covers with green map of BC and titles in black, side-stapled, [1] 2-104pp, [1] blank. A few B&W photos of prepared dishes. Cover: Reasearch Station, Summerland B.C. Research Branch, Canada Department of Agriculture, SP 27, June, 1964". There must be close to 200 ecipes for beverages, fancy breads, cakes, cookies. desserts, chilled desserts, pickles, pies, preserved fruits, jams and jellies, salads, and sauces using BC fruit. I believe this collection of recipes first appeared under this title in 1962; before, in 1959 Britton had compiled the recipes under the title "Recipes Using Okanagan Fruit". Uncommon.
