1. Untrimmed, wrappers. There is a contemporary note on the bottom of page 28: "Query, then why would not the President even suffer Mr. Burroughs to pray in the Chappell, or [...]"
2. A second copy, trimmed wrappers, inscribed at the top: "Parker Cleveland, Esq from his much obliged peer The Author".
