Salt Lake City: The Prairie Dog Press, 1991. Pamphlet. 58p., illustrated with a number of facsimiles and a folded map bound in the back (also in facsimile: a repro'd 1849 item with spot-color helps). Stapled 8.5x6 inch wraps, one of 700 softbound copies (not numbered as were the hardcover and especial issues). This item is inscribed and signed by the editor, bears some neat hi-liting in yellow, a two-inch split at the spinefold base, and a pencil erasure on the cover.
